Lumenaza, the software company powering the green distributed energy world, is supporting green energy provider eprimo in the implementation of its Grünstromcommunity (green energy community) in Germany. Via its energy as a service platform, Lumenaza takes over electricity procurement directly at the source.
eprimo's Grünstromcommunity brings together producers and consumers of local and sustainably-generated green energy, with the electricity being produced by members from all over Germany. The community offers attractive conditions for both consumers and producers who can make their unused electricity available to the community.
Lumenaza connects the renewable energy plants in the Grünstromcommunity to consumers via its energy as a service platform. The platform automatically creates individual projections for each plant and handles billing for the producers. It also manages associated complex energy management processes.
Dr. Christian Chudoba, Founder and CEO of Lumenaza, commented: "The eprimo Grünstromcommunity makes an important contribution to climate protection by supplying community members with sustainable green energy of clear origin at low cost. eprimo has the size and reach to help such a network succeed throughout Germany, while our software makes it possible to intelligently integrate green electricity into its existing processes."
